Your form, your report.
The questions you ask on your application form are the columns you get in your report.
- Pick the questions that matter — any application-form answer can become a column.
- Compliance expiry dates, too — insurance and licence expiry sit right in the report.
- Every organiser's report looks different — because every organiser's form does.
- No re-typing, no re-asking — the answers were already collected once.
Build the report you actually need.
Pick a scope, choose your columns, filter it down — export it once, or save it as a view you'll use every week.
- Pick a scope — applications, bookings, vendors, invoices or payments.
- Choose and reorder columns — build the exact table you need.
- Filter it down, then export — CSV or Excel, ready for wherever it needs to go next.
- Save it as a named view — keep it private, or share it with the team.
Reports that send themselves.
Stakeholders who never log in still get the numbers — on your schedule, in your timezone.
- Any saved view, emailed on a schedule — outstanding invoices, every Monday at 7am.
- Reaches people who never log in — the committee, the council, your accountant, the treasurer.
- Sent in your organisation's timezone — no converting times in your head.
- Set once, forget it — the same report, the same inboxes, every time.
Hand your gate staff the day sheet.
One page, printed, for the people at the gate — not a login.
Questions, answered
Where are the charts?
There aren't any, by design. Reporting is tables and totals you can check, export and send — that's the point. If a number looks wrong, you can see exactly which row it came from.
Can I build my own report?
Yes — the export builder lets you pick a scope, choose and reorder columns, filter it down and export to CSV or Excel. Save it as a named view, private or shared with the team, ready whenever you need it again.
Do the numbers match the invoicing screens?
Yes, to the cent — reports run on the same data as your invoicing and payments screens, not a separate copy. Financial and sensitive data is gated by role, so only the right people see it.
Can reports go to people who don't use LocalStalls?
Yes. Schedule any saved view for email delivery — the committee, the council, your accountant, the treasurer — on the schedule and in the timezone you set.
Where do attendance numbers come from?
From event-day check-in. Use check-in at your events and the attendance and no-show history builds itself — the numbers are only as good as the check-in on the day.
