Stall Applications, Made Easy!
Build your application form with drag and drop, publish it anywhere, and let LocalStalls handle what happens next — reviews, invoices, payments and confirmations. No spreadsheets. No email ping-pong.
It’s a free plan, not a trial — your first form can be live today.
From Blank Form to Paid Stallholder
Five stages. One tool. Nothing re-typed.
Every market starts with an application form — then come the attachments, the spreadsheet and the payment chasing. LocalStalls replaces that whole pipeline: you design the form, and everything after submission runs on rails.
The Form Builder Is free!
Not a trial — a free plan. You only upgrade for the automation.
Included for every event
- The full builder — every block, every setting, conditional logic included.
- Publish anywhere — hosted link, website embed and poster QR code.
- Applications straight into your admin — documents and photos attached.
- Accept and decline with one click.
- Decision emails, automatic — vendors are emailed the moment they’re accepted or declined.
When you’re ready to automate
- Automatic invoicing with secure pay links.
- Upfront payments at application time, and unpaid-invoice reminders.
- Waitlists that keep good stallholders warm.
- Plus the rest of LocalStalls — site maps, CRM, ticketing and more.
Build Your Form, Block by Block
Included in Free Plan
A drag-and-drop builder shaped for stall applications — not a generic survey tool.
Start from a three-step structure stallholders already understand, then make it yours. Drag blocks in, reorder them, toggle what's required and relabel anything — no code, nothing to install.
- Step 1 — the essentials: your event, market dates, stall types and pricing, set up once.
- Step 2 — application questions: short answers, dropdowns, checkboxes and file uploads for insurance certificates and product photos.
- Step 3 — review & submit: terms and conditions, payment and account creation, handled on one screen.
- Conditional logic: show a question only when it applies — food stalls see the food-licence question, nobody else does.
One Click. Live Everywhere.
Included in Free Plan
Publishing gives you a hosted link and an embed code — use either, or both.
Share the hosted page anywhere — socials, newsletters, a QR code on the market-day poster. Or drop the embed code into your own website: the form sizes itself to fit and carries your branding, so stallholders never feel like they've left your site.
- Hosted link: a clean application page on LocalStalls, live the moment you hit Publish.
- Embed anywhere: paste one snippet into WordPress, Squarespace or Wix — the auto-sizing frame does the rest.
- QR code included: download it for posters, flyers and stall signage — it points straight at your form.
- Your branding: your logo and colours on the form, wherever it lives.

Complete Applications, Straight Into Your Admin Portal
Included in Free Plan
Stallholders apply from any device — and every submission arrives finished.
Applicants pick the market dates they want, answer your questions and upload their photos and documents. An account is created for them automatically, and the application lands in your admin the second they hit Submit.
- Any device: applying works as well on a phone at the kitchen bench as it does on a laptop.
- Everything attached: insurance certificates, licences and product photos arrive with the application — not in a separate email three days later.
- Accounts, automatically: every applicant gets a stallholder account for tracking their application, paying invoices and re-applying next season.
- Complete, or it doesn’t submit: required questions and documents are enforced, so you’re never chasing missing paperwork.
You Click Accept. We do the rest.
Included in Paid Plans
Acceptance isn't a decision that creates admin — it's the moment the admin ends.
The instant you accept an application, LocalStalls confirms the booking, generates the invoice and sends it with a secure payment link. Confirmations go out by email or SMS, unpaid invoices are chased with automatic reminders, and the money lands in your account through Stripe, Square or PayPal — with everything synced to Xero or QuickBooks. This is the part that lives on our paid plans — switch it on whenever you’re ready.
Payments settle directly into your connected Stripe, Square or PayPal account, and invoices sync to Xero and QuickBooks. Automation is part of our paid plans — compare plans.
Everything a Stall Application Needs
The details organisers ask us about, already handled.
Ask exactly what your market needs to know — and nothing it doesn't.
Insurance certificates, food licences and product photos, collected with the form.
Show or hide questions by stall type, so every applicant sees a short, relevant form.
Stallholders request one Saturday or the whole season in a single application.
Charge at application time or invoice on acceptance — through Stripe, Square or PayPal.
Every applicant can track their status, pay invoices and re-apply next season.
Questions Organisers Ask Us
Is the form builder really free?
Yes. The Application Form Builder — every block, every setting — is part of our free plan, along with publishing your form, receiving applications and accepting or declining vendors — with the decision emailed to them automatically. It’s a plan, not a trial, so there’s no clock running. Paid plans add the automation: invoicing with pay links, upfront payments, reminders and waitlists.
Do I need a developer or any technical skills?
No. The builder is entirely drag and drop, and publishing is one click. If you want the form on your own website, the only “technical” step is pasting the embed code — a copy-paste job in any website editor, and our team can walk you through it.
Can stallholders upload insurance certificates and photos?
Yes. Add a file-upload block for anything you need — public liability insurance, food licences, product photos. Documents are stored against the stallholder's profile with expiry dates tracked automatically, so you're flagged before a certificate lapses.
Will the form match our website and branding?
Yes. The embedded form carries your logo and colours and sizes itself to fit your page, so it reads as part of your site. The hosted application page is branded the same way.
Can we take payment when someone applies?
Yes, on our paid plans — either take payment upfront as part of the application, or accept first and let LocalStalls invoice automatically with a secure pay link. Both run through Stripe, Square or PayPal, settling directly into your account.
We run weekly markets with casual and permanent stallholders — does that work?
That's exactly what LocalStalls is built for. Stallholders can request a single date or a whole season in one application, waitlists catch the overflow (a paid-plan feature), and returning stallholders re-apply from their account without re-entering their details. One-off fairs and festivals work just as well.
We're on spreadsheets and email now — how hard is the switch?
Easier than you'd expect: most organisers rebuild their existing application form in an afternoon. And you don't have to start from zero — our team can help migrate your stallholder records from spreadsheets or another platform.
