Every Act, Show-Ready.
Book, advance and stage-manage your whole lineup — applications, contracts, riders, schedules and payment tracking in one place, with a portal where artists handle their own admin.
Included in our Pro Plus and Enterprise plans or as an add-on in other plans.
One pipeline, however they arrive.
Applications, direct bookings and agent invitations all land in the same list no side-spreadsheets, no “which version is current?”.
- Thirteen lifecycle statuses — Prospect, Application, Shortlisted, Offer, Confirmed, Completed and every step between.
- Status-group tabs, filters and bulk actions — move five acts to Offer and email them in one go.
- A full activity trail — every status change, internal note and email on the record.
- Cancellation reasons — when an act falls through, you’ll know why, forever.
Applications, without the admin.
Build your entertainer application form once. Share one public link — or invite the acts you want directly.
- Drag-and-drop form builder — custom questions, conditional logic, file uploads, event and preferred-date selection.
- Review without re-typing — shortlist, waitlist, request more info, accept or decline. Duplicates are flagged automatically.
- Automatic emails at every step — received, shortlisted, accepted, declined — and replies thread straight onto the booking.
- Accept an act, create their account — the artist portal login is made for them the moment you say yes.
Advance every act. Forget nothing.
Everything you’d normally chase by email, tracked per booking — with the chasing done for you.
- Contracts tracked through seven statuses — request them, remind automatically, log the signed copy on the booking.
- Insurance and compliance checks — expiry dates recorded, alerts before anything lapses.
- Technical riders, stage plots, input lists, hospitality — uploaded once, reviewed and approved in a proper workflow.
- Permission-controlled by design — visible only to the staff who need access to entertainers.
“Is this act ready?” — answered.
Every booking gets a live readiness score, computed from the real records — a checklist that can’t go stale.
- Nine checks per booking — profile, confirmation, schedule, contract, documents, tech, hospitality, fee, final info.
- Always current — a signed contract or an approved rider ticks itself off the moment it lands.
- One filter finds every gap — every act missing anything, across the whole lineup.
- Chase in bulk — one email to every act with an outstanding item. Done.
Stages without collisions.
Slots are typed, a soundcheck is not a gig, so your run sheet reads like the day will actually run.
- Performances, soundchecks, workshops, meet-and-greets — with setup and changeover buffers built in.
- Run sheets by date and by stage — what’s on, where, minute by minute.
- Automatic conflict warnings — a double-booked stage or an act in two places at once gets flagged before it bites.
- Multi-performance bookings — Saturday twilight set, Sunday workshop, one booking, one record.
Know what every act costs.
Fees, allowances and milestones on the booking — visible to the people who should see money, invisible to everyone else.
- Flat, per-performance or community spots — plus travel and accommodation allowances.
- Deposit and balance milestones — due dates with reminders before they’re missed.
- Mark payments as made — the act’s portal shows the same status, so “any word on payment?” answers itself.
- Permission-gated — stage crew never see fees; finance staff do. It tracks payments, it doesn’t move money.
Your acts run their own admin.
What performers and agents see — so you stop being their data-entry service.
- Profile management — bios, photos, videos and socials kept current by the act, not by you.
- Call times, confirmed slots and what’s still needed — contracts, insurance and invoices uploaded from the same screen.
- Tech and hospitality submitted properly — structured requirements, not a paragraph in an email.
- Payment status in plain sight — deposit received, balance due, no chasing.
- Agents get one login for their whole roster — every act they represent, one dashboard, message you from any booking.
Sensitive by design.
Seventeen granular permissions with ready-made presets — read-only, stage & production, finance, admin.
Schedules, riders, stage plots and input lists — never fees, never personal financial details.
Meals, dietary and allergy details, dressing rooms, guest and parking passes — only for authorised staff.
Fees, allowances and milestones for finance and admin roles — and every action lands in the audit history.
The detail is all there.
Built by people who’ve stood side-of-stage at 7am.
Bios, genres and act types, member and crew counts, set lengths, photos, videos, socials, tags and internal notes.
Agent, manager, tour manager, production, accounts, event-day — so the right person gets the right email, automatically.
Equipment in and out, mics, monitors, lighting, power, setup and soundcheck durations — reviewed, not assumed.
Meals, dietary and allergies, dressing and green rooms, beverages, guest and parking passes — captured as data, not prose.
Received, accepted, declined, more-info, confirmed, contract requests and reminders — replies land on the booking, not in someone’s inbox.
Duplicate detection on applications, cancellation reasons on the record, and a full audit history of who did what, when.
Flip approved acts and performances onto your public event page the moment the lineup drops — no re-keying.
A mobile-web view for stage crew — mark acts arrived, running late, soundcheck done, on stage, completed or no-show.
Lineup overview, missing requirements, stage run sheet PDFs, fee summaries, and contact and dietary lists.
One platform. One login.
Entertainer management lives beside everything else you run the event with — no CSV shuffling between tools.
Same drag-and-drop form builder across all of it — build an entertainer form the way you already build application forms.
Questions, answered
Which plan includes Entertainer Management?
It’s incouded in our Pro Plus, Enterprise and White-label plans. Or as add-on if you are on our other plans. Book a demo and the platform team enables the module on your account, usually the same day.
Does it pay the artists?
No — it tracks fees, allowances, milestones and paid status so organisers, finance staff and the acts themselves can all see where things stand. The money itself moves through your existing payment process.
Can an agent manage multiple acts?
Yes. Agents get one login for their whole roster — profiles, documents, schedules and payment status for every act they represent, and they can message you from any booking.
Is this the same form builder we already use?
Yes — the same drag-and-drop builder behind your vendor application forms builds your entertainer application form. Custom questions, conditional logic, file uploads — nothing new to learn.
What about e-signatures?
Contracts are requested, reminded, uploaded and tracked through seven statuses, with the signed copy logged on the booking. In-app e-signing isn’t part of the module today.
See it with your lineup.
Bring your stages, your dates and your messiest spreadsheet — we’ll walk the whole flow, from application to final bow.
