From Blank Paddock to Published Map

One builder for the layout, the allocations and the sharing.

Whether it’s a weekly market in a car park or a festival across a showground, the map builder keeps your layout, every date’s variations and every trader’s position in one place — and gets the finished map to everyone who needs it.

Draw the Site, Stall by Stall

Stalls, zones, lanes and landmarks — laid out with drag and drop, no drawing software.

Build a map that actually looks like your site: rows of stalls, a food court, the main lane, the stage. Every event gets its own layouts — and when one date needs a different setup, you version the map instead of redrawing it.

  • Drag-and-drop building blocks: stalls, zones, lanes and landmarks, placed and resized on a grid.
  • Layouts for every event: each market, fair or festival keeps its own maps.
  • Default or date-specific: set one default map for all event dates, and save date-specific versions when the site changes — the twilight-market layout never overwrites your regular Saturday.

Drop Traders Into Place

Accepted traders on one side, your map on the other — allocation is a drag.

Once applications are accepted, allocation stops being a spreadsheet-and-highlighter job. Drag each trader from the list onto a stall — the map shows who’s where and what’s still free, and moving someone is just another drag.

  • Drag from list to map: accepted traders queue beside the map until they’re placed.
  • See the state at a glance: assigned stalls show the trader; available ones stay obvious.
  • Reallocate in seconds: swap or move traders any time — the map stays the single source of truth.
  • Traders pick their own spotOptional — give traders access to the map with live availability and let them choose their position themselves.
Map Builder · Share

One Click, Everyone Knows their spot.

Email the finished map to every trader on the event — before the 6 am phone calls start.

When the layout’s final, share it: one action emails the map to every trader booked on the date. No printing, no “does anyone have the map?” thread — and market-day mornings run themselves.

  • Email the final map: every trader on the event gets the layout in their inbox.
  • Send it when you’re ready: share early for bump-in planning, or hold until allocations are locked.
  • Calmer market mornings: traders arrive knowing exactly where to set up.

Put the Map on Your Website

A public version shoppers can browse — who’s trading, and where to find them.

The same map that runs your event can promote it. Embed the public version on your website with one snippet — visitors see the trader list and where each one is trading, and it reflects the layout you’ve published.

  • Embed with one snippet: the same auto-sizing embed as your application form — paste it once.
  • Traders and their locations: shoppers browse who’s at the market and find them on the map.
  • Trader profiles on clickOptional — visitors tap a stall to see that trader’s profile.
FAQ

Questions event managers ask.

Can the map actually match our site layout?

Yes — you build it from stalls, zones, lanes and landmarks with drag and drop, so a laneway market, a hall or a showground all translate. No drawing software, no designer needed.

Our layout changes for some dates — do we redraw the map?

No. Set a default map that applies to every date of the event, and save date-specific versions for the ones that differ — the Christmas twilight layout lives alongside your regular Saturday map, and each date uses the right one.

How do traders find out where they are?

When your allocations are final, email the map to every trader on the event in one action. And if you enable self-selection, traders can pick their own spot from live availability instead — you control which stalls are open to choose.

Can traders really choose their own stall?

If you want them to — it’s an optional setting. Traders see the map with live availability and pick from the open positions. Plenty of event managers assign everything themselves; both ways work.

What does the public map show visitors?

The trader list and where each trader is located on the day. Optionally, visitors can click a stall to open that trader’s profile — great promotion for your traders, and fewer “where’s the coffee?” questions for you. It embeds on your website with the same auto-sizing snippet as your application form.

Is the map builder on the free plan?

The map builder is part of our paid plans. Start on the free plan for applications and acceptances, and switch on maps when allocation becomes the bottleneck — compare plans.
