Christmas Market curated by Crafty Fox Market for Fleet St Bid

About this market

We will be returning to New Street Square (off Fleet Street) curating two Christmas markets this December following a similar run of markets for the past four years. New Street Square is a development in the city surrounded by offices and food and drink outlets. The Fleet Street BID (Business Improvement District) would like to bring a Christmas market to office workers in the square to enable them to engage with festive events and shopping as there are limited small business retail options in the immediate area. The market will be outdoor, and stalls placed in New Street Square. The stalls will include an individual ‘igloo-style’ gazebo to protect traders from the weather with a table and chair inside. Please be aware, the square can be quite windy. We have been advised there may be heating available within the igloos. There will be an indoor space to get warm, take breaks and access the toilet, alongside, hot drinks provided. There will be additional lighting installed to light your stalls. Please be aware, Crafty Fox Market is responsible for the operations and curation of the market ONLY - this is not a Crafty Fox Market. Fleet Street BID are responsible for the promotion of the market, and we will send on digital flyers once we have them to support you to promote to your audiences. Without guarantees of this being run under our brand, we will be offering trading slots to members free of charge and to non-members for £50 incl. VAT. We will ask each member to give a £50 deposit which will be returned following the market in full to as long as traders attend on the day for the duration of the market’s trading hours. For non-members, we will not offer a refund in the event of non-attendance.
