Thank you for your interest in joining my upcoming events! My mission is to showcase the best of Kent’s local crafters and artists. To ensure a diverse and high-quality shopping experience for our visitors, we prioritize a varied mix of products. Booking & Payment Once your application is approved, you will receive an invoice. To secure your space, you must pay a £10 non refundable deposit within 7 days of your application, after this time your space will be released. Full payment must be made in full at least 8 weeks prior to the event date. Payments should be made to; Miss Lisa Thorne 09-01-26 80092358 Ref Your name and 2111 Logistics & Requirements Stalls: Tables are approximately 1.85m x 85cm (limited availability) or choose the "Bring Your Own" (BYO) option, tables must be of the same size as above. Timings: Events run from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Setup begins at 8:30 am, and all traders must vacate the venue by 3:45 pm. Housekeeping: Please ensure your space is left clean and all rubbish is taken home with you. The Fine Print Traders are responsible for ensuring all products comply with UK laws and regulations. TKS Events accepts no liability regarding claims or complaints related to sold products. Please note that alcohol sales are not permitted. Refund Policy: Stall fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should the venue cancel an event, you will receive a refund of your payment minus a £5 administration fee.
