Ashfield Food and Drink Festival – Sunday 23 August 2026 We are delighted to invite you to apply for a trading space at the 7th annual Ashfield Food and Drink Festival, taking place on Sunday 23 August 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire (NG15 7AS). Now firmly established as one of the region’s most popular food and drink events, the festival showcases an exciting mix of exceptional producers, innovative street food vendors, artisan businesses, and independent makers. The event continues to grow year on year, drawing enthusiastic visitors from across Nottinghamshire and beyond. Why Trade at Ashfield Food & Drink Festival? • Free public entry ensures strong footfall. • Previous festivals have welcomed over 6,000 attendees, offering outstanding visibility and sales opportunities. • A vibrant, supportive atmosphere with diverse traders, live entertainment, and a loyal local following. 2026 Pitch Fees Based on feedback from the 2025 event we have reduced our 2026 pitch fees for all non-catering vendors selling ingredients, produce, and food and drink-related products (such as kitchen and culinary equipment). Pitch fees for 2026 are as follows: • Catering Stalls, Pitches, Vans or Trailers (up to 6m x 3m): £140.00 • Non Catering Food and Drink Stalls or Pitches (3m x 3m): £75.00 • Non Food and Drink Stalls or Pitches (3m x 3m): £40.00 Please note: All stalls must include a food or drink related element. ________________________________________ How to Apply To apply for a vendor space, please request an application form and return it to the Markets Office either: 📧 By email: [email protected] 📨 By post: Markets Office, Idlewells Shopping Centre, Sutton in Ashfield, NG17 1BP To support your application, please include thorough details such as photographs of your stall setup, sample menus, and copies of your required documentation (see checklist below). Vendors selling alcohol must apply for a Temporary Events Notice (TEN).
