Stall Holder Terms & Conditions”:

Application & Acceptance
Submission of an application does not guarantee a stall. Stall holders are only confirmed once approval is given and payment is received.

Payments
All stall fees must be paid by the stated due date. A payment link will be provided upon approval. Failure to complete payment may result in the stall being released.

Cancellations & Refunds
If a stall holder cancels after payment, fees are non-refundable 5 days out from the event unless otherwise stated. If the market is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, stall fees will be transferred to a future date at the stall holder can attend or fees can be refunded if dates can not be found.

Products & Compliance
All goods must be handmade by the stall holder unless otherwise approved. Stall holders are responsible for ensuring their products comply with all relevant laws, safety standards, and labelling requirements.

Set-Up & Pack-Down
Stall holders must adhere to the set-up and pack-down times provided. Early pack-down is not permitted without approval. Stall holders must not drive on any grassed areas unless stated otherwise.

Conduct
The market organiser reserves the right to refuse or remove any stall holder who does not comply with these terms or whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
