Presentation, look great TRADE SAFELY

When setting up your stall please be aware of any potential trip hazards along the customer walkways. This is a Christmas Craft Show so please feel free to go all out and decorate your stalls and have lots of stock that would be idea as Christmas Gifts.

Public Liability

You are required to have a minimum of $20 million Public Liability Insurance. You will be required to present a copy with your application. If you do not have Public Liability Insurance please let me know and I can cover you under my insurance for an additional fee of $10.

Power

There are a few power points around the hall. The priority will be given to our teachers and demonstrators.

Site Allocation

If your application is accepted you will be sent an acceptance email, followed later by bump in times and your site allocation. Please set up in your allocated site only. If you wish to be next to another accepted stallholder, please let me know as soon as possible

Payment

Invoices will be sent out prior to the event, payable via bank transfer, debit or credit card. ALL FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE

Advertise

Please post on all your social media platforms tagging the event to promote the carnival as much as possible. I will email you a suggested post you are free to use if you would like to.

Be kind and courteous. We’re all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let’s treat everyone with respect. No hate speech or bullying. If you have an issue, please speak to myself or one of my team.

Rubbish

Please use bins provided. Ensure when you leave your area is clean and tidy and free of any rubbish. If your customers litter near your stall please pick it up and put it in the bin. If you eat at your stall, please keep the area clean, if any food drops on the floor, please pick it up and dispose of it in the bins.

If you’re sick, please do not attend, let me know you will not be able to come. Let’s keep our community safe

Environment

No single use bags. Please ensure you do not have plastic bags as per the Plastic Bag Legislation as of 01/07/2018.
