Terms & Conditions:

1. All stallholders are required to supply their own tables, chairs, and marquees (inc weights)

2. Stalls exceeding 5x4m the length will be charged at a rate to be determined by the operator.

3. Food or beverage of any type is by invitation only from the operator. [must comply with Food Act registration, Certificate of Trade is required].

4. Stallholder vehicles will be required to be moved to the designated parking area.

5. No pets such as puppies, dogs, kittens & cats can be sold at a Market: Local laws apply

6. The market is controlled by the operator 'Hume Community Market', the person in control is the Market Co-ordinator, or his deputy for the time being.

7. Any dispute is to be directed to the Market Co-ordinator for resolution

8. The Market Coordinator has the sole discretion to remove any stall for non-compliance with the general rules of admission

9. All stallholder rubbish, including cardboard, must be taken from the site.

10. The Market operating times are from 10 am to 3 pm. NO EARLY LEAVERS!!

11. All stalls must be off-site by 4:30 pm.

12. All stall merchandise must comply with the Federal Trade Practices Act and must not contravene any copyright.

13. All contracts of sale are made between the purchaser and the seller, and the Market Operator takes no responsibility for the product.

14. Any offense against any Federal, State, or Local Law will be dealt with by the Police or the Local authority

15. Lost property can be handed to the Market Co-ordinator.

16. Terms & Conditions can be negotiated with the market coordinator.

17. Refunds/credits will only be provided at the discretion of the market co-ordinator or if a minimum of 72 hours before the market notice is given for non-attendance.

18. All stallholders are required to hold current public liability insurance; insurance can be added to your site fee at $16 per booking.
