🌶️ Wollongong Chilli Festival 2026 – Stallholder Applications 🌶️ The Wollongong Chilli Festival is back for its second year, following an incredible launch event in 2025 that brought big crowds, buzzing energy and serious chilli heat to the heart of the city. Returning on Sunday 24 May 2026, the festival will once again take over Crown Street Mall for a full day of flavour, fire and family-friendly fun.
