This market will be a little different from our traditional Pop Up Collectives. The vision for Malvern Central is chic, elevated and highly curated, with a strong focus on beautiful presentation, cohesive styling and premium products. We want the market to feel like a collection of individual boutiques coming together within one beautifully styled space. We’re Looking for Small Businesses That… We’re seeking established and emerging brands offering products across categories including: * Fashion & accessories * Jewellery * Beauty & self-care * Homewares & interiors * Candles & fragrance * Children's & baby products * Art, stationery & lifestyle * Gifting * Gourmet & beautifully packaged artisanal products Applications will be highly selective. Due to the boutique nature and limited size of this market, applying does not guarantee acceptance. We will be carefully considering each business based on its products, branding, presentation and how it complements the overall stallholder mix. We will also be limiting similar product categories to ensure the market remains varied and interesting for customers. Presentation & Aesthetic Requirements This event will have a **specific visual direction**, and all accepted stallholders will be required to follow the market's presentation guidelines. Think: Neutral • Chic • Minimal • Sophisticated • Boutique • Cohesive Displays should feel polished and intentional, with a focus on natural and neutral tones, quality signage and beautifully merchandised products. Bright or mismatched table coverings, cluttered displays, excessive signage, storage boxes on show or presentation that does not complement the overall aesthetic will not be suitable for this particular event. Depending on the final event design, stallholders may also be required to use specific furniture, table coverings or display configurations to ensure consistency across the activation. While we absolutely want each business's individual branding and personality to shine through, it needs to work cohesively within the overall Malvern Central aesthetic. Please Consider Your Display Before Applying When reviewing applications, we won't only be looking at what you sell — we'll also be looking closely at how you present it. Applicants should have current photos of their stall setup and product presentation available. Businesses selected for the event may be asked to make adjustments to their usual market setup to meet the required styling. If your current setup is very colourful, heavily branded or designed around a traditional market-style display, this particular event may not be the right fit unless you're happy to adapt your presentation.
