## One Login. Everything They Need.

Accounts create themselves — the portal starts working from the first application.

Every “quick question” a trader emails you is something the portal already answers. Applications, bookings, invoices, documents and history live in one place they can reach from any device — so the questions stop arriving.

Portal · Apply & Track

## Apply Once. Track Everything.

Traders apply to your events from their portal — and watch the status change without asking you.

A trader’s saved profile, documents and photos ride along with every new application, so applying to your next market takes minutes. And because status is right there in the portal, “any news on my application?” emails simply stop.

- Apply to markets: your events (and their next season) are a couple of taps away — details pre-filled from their profile.

- Live application status: Pending, Accepted or Waitlisted — visible in the portal the moment it changes, with the decision emailed automatically.

- Manage multiple profiles: for traders who operate under multiple trade names.

Portal · Bookings & Payments

## Bookings Managed. Invoices paid.

Traders see their bookings, pay their invoices and pull their own history — day or night.

The 9 pm “can you resend that invoice?” message retires here. Everything money-related sits in the trader’s portal — current invoices with secure card payment, upcoming bookings, and the complete record of both, going back as far as their account does.

- Manage bookings: upcoming market dates and booking details, always current.

- Invoices & payments: view, download and pay by card straight from the portal — the money settles to your account as usual.

- Booking & payment history: every past date and every receipt, self-served — no digging through your sent folder.

Portal · Profile & Compliance

## Profiles and Paperwork That Keep Themselves Current

Traders manage their own details and compliance documents — you just see green ticks.

Business details, product photos, insurance certificates, licences — the trader owns all of it in their portal, and every application and booking draws from the same source. When something nears expiry, the portal prompts them before you’d ever have to.

- Manage profile: business info, contact details and product photos, kept current by the trader.

- Compliance documents: insurance and licences uploaded once, attached everywhere they’re needed.

- Expiry prompts: the portal nudges traders to replace expiring documents — chasing paperwork stops being your job.

FAQ

## Questions event managers ask.

Do traders have to sign up for the portal?

No — an account is created automatically the first time a trader submits an application to one of your events. They set a password and everything is already in there: their application, their details, their documents.

Is there a mobile app, or just the website?

Both. Traders can use the web portal from any browser or download the LocalStalls trader app — same login, same account, so they can pay an invoice from the couch or check their stall number on market-day morning.

Can traders really pay their invoices in the portal?

Yes — invoices appear in the portal with secure card payment, and the money settles to your connected account exactly as it does from an emailed pay link. Traders can also download any past invoice or receipt themselves.

What about traders who aren’t tech-confident?

Invoices, confirmations and decisions still arrive by email with links that land straight on the right portal page — so there’s nothing to hunt for. Most traders are paying and updating documents without help from day one.

When do messaging, event documents and the AI assistant arrive?

They’re in development now and will roll out to every account when ready — no extra setup and nothing to install. If you’d like to see previews, book a demo and we’ll show you where they’re up to.

Does the portal cost traders anything?

No — the portal and the trader app are free for traders, always. It’s part of how LocalStalls keeps your market easy to apply to.

## Give Every Trader their own portal.

It’s already part of LocalStalls — accounts create themselves with the first application, on web and mobile.
