LocalStalls offers flexible pricing options, because one thing we know for sure, is that markets and events price their stalls or booths in many different ways! From simple flat fees to pricing based on stall size, booking length, location or vendor revenue, your pricing needs to work for the way you run your event.

LocalStalls offers a range of flexible pricing options, now even including Unit-Based Pricing and Revenue-Based Pricing.

Price by Space or Unit

With Unit-Based Pricing, you can set a price per unit and let vendors select how many units they need when applying.

For example, if you charge $50 per square metre, a vendor requiring 6 square metres can select 6 units and LocalStalls will automatically calculate the total price.

Units don’t have to be square metres — they could represent linear metres, tables, sites or another unit that suits your event.

Price Based on Vendor Revenue

Revenue-Based Pricing provides an option for events that charge vendors a percentage of their sales rather than, or as part of, a traditional stall fee.

Set the percentage against the price option, and LocalStalls can calculate the fee based on the vendor revenue submitted after the event.

Beyond these options, organisers can configure pricing rules to suit different booking scenarios, including:

  • Category-Based Pricing: offers prices for particular vendor categories.
  • Zone-Based Pricing: sets different prices depending on location of a stall within the event space.
  • Multi-Date Discounts: rewards vendors booking multiple event dates.
  • Early Bird Discounts: offers reduced pricing for applications received before a specified date.
  • Fixed Multi-Date Packages: enables packages that require vendors to book a set number of dates.
  • Seasonal Pricing: offers a single price covering a defined season of event dates.
  • Booking Limits: limit how many times a particular price option can be booked.
  • Space Allocation: control how much event capacity different bookings consume.
